Note: We recommend
MSM CRYSTAL Flakes or MSM Capsules rather than tablets!
Tablets are our third choice because besides the
MSM they also contain:
Magnesium Stearate
Microcrystalline
Cellulose
DiCalcium Phosphate
Stearic Acid and
Silicon Dioxide
Magnesium Stearate is deemed necessary for tablet
manufacture (It works in a similar way to the way egg works in a cake mix i.e.
it binds the ingredients together).
As it's the MSM that's the real working ingredient,
it is best to have it pure and not mixed with binding ingredients !
